Pro-Gun Personality Has Golden Response to Demands for Liberal Disney Princesses

Share

It’s a rare event that Planned Parenthood admits even it has crossed a line. That’s what one of its affiliates was forced to do after posting a tweet saying it was time for a Disney princess who had an abortion.

According to The Washington Post, Planned Parenthood Keystone hasn’t apologized for the tweet, which also said that it was high time Disney had a pro-choice princess, a trans princess, an illegal immigrant princess and a union member princess.

However, the Pennsylvania chapter did issue the closest thing you’ll ever see from the unrepentant abortion mill.

“We joined an ongoing Twitter conversation about the kinds of princesses people want to see in an attempt to make a point about the importance of telling stories that challenge stigma and championing stories that too often don’t get told,” a statement from branch president Melissa Reed read.

“Upon reflection, we decided that the seriousness of the point we were trying to make was not appropriate for the subject matter or context, and we removed the tweet.”

In other news, the sun rises in the east every morning.

However, despite their kinda-sorta apology, the abortion giant took plenty of flak from conservatives — including One America Network’s Liz Wheeler, who said that maybe it was time for Disney to get a pro-gun princess.

“A Disney princess who’s had an abortion? Are you out of your mind?” Wheeler said in a video that’s going viral.

“What kind of message does that send to little girls? ‘Hey, if you want to catch Prince Charming, you’ve got to be totally cool with killing the unborn baby of any of the other of the dozens of other men you’ve slept with.’ Because sleeping around — totally a-OK, as long as you’re not burdened with the punishment of a baby after that totally healthy one-night stand. Sickening”

Did you agree with what Liz Wheeler had to say?

Instead, Wheeler had a few better ideas for the folks at Disney: “How about a Disney princess who’s a survivor of a botched abortion? How about a Disney princess who’s adopted into a loving family?”

It went beyond abortion, though. “How about a Disney princess who chooses to defend herself with a firearm?” Wheeler asked.

And there was more:

Well, that’s clearly not going to make the folks at Planned Parenthood Keystone happy. But, what the heck?

After all, if we’ve reached a point in this country where pretty much everything has to agree with an organization’s political beliefs, why should they go with just Planned Parenthood? They’re leaving so much money on the table by ignoring NRA supporters.

This exposes how utterly out of touch with reality that Planned Parenthood has gotten, however. They really believe that their agenda is unimpeachable — and not only that, so uncontroversial that Disney princesses, meant for young girls, should be preaching it.

However, I’d be willing to bet there are a lot more people willing to pay money to have their daughter see a princess who believes in the Second Amendment than a princess who’s had an abortion.
