There’s no better time than the Christmas season for some fireworks — especially if those fireworks involve a ton of TNT and an Islamic State group suicide bomber who wasn’t able to reach his target.
That’s what happened in this video, which was posted to YouTube on Christmas Eve, just after the events in the video reportedly took place. In the video, Kurdish Peshmerga forces protecting the front line in the Iraqi city of Mosul spotted an Islamic State group suicide bomber approaching.
The narrator of the video, apparently another Kurdish freedom fighter, implored his comrades to take out the truck laden with explosives.
“It’s coming closer and closer. Come on. Hurry and hit it. Hit it,” he can be heard saying in the video, according to the translated subtitles.
After a bit of fidgeting around, the Peshmerga forces fired off about two or three rockets at the target, yielding a wonderful explosion.
The tactic of loading trucks up with explosives and having a “martyr” deliver them to the good guys — be they soldiers or innocent civilians — has long been employed by the barbarians of the Islamic State group.
Thankfully, allies have had some success against the onslaught, but the fact remains that our president has let the Islamic State group problem fester and grow.
However, now Vladimir Putin and other allies have decided to take their wrath out on the group, which has led to a reversal of fortunes of sorts for the Islamic State group savages.
In a recent audio message, Islamic State group chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi warned that the tide was beginning to turn.
“Do not be amazed by the meeting of the nations of disbelief and groups against the Islamic State,” says al-Baghdadi. “If we are killed and the wounds are numerous and the problems amassed against us and the hardships are great, then it is no surprise either.”
Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you agree the Islamic State group needs to be wiped out.
