Blue Angel fighters buzzed by spectators at Chicago’s 59th Air and Water Show this weekend, proving just how impressive our military can be.
On Saturday, the aerobatic flight team, which consists of a team of elite, daredevil pilots from the U.S. Navy, showcased their amazing abilities before thousands of people, who attend the yearly event.

One video in particular, uploaded by YouTube user Brendan Peterson, showed the capabilities of the F/A-18 Hornet fighters as they whizzed over spectators in the Windy City. In fact, it looked like the planes were just a few hundred feet above the spectators’ heads.

Amazing.
Aside from wowing viewers, this video also showed others who might be watching, such as maniacal dictator Kim Jong Un, the expertise of our military.
One would think it would make Kim, whose military is filled with obsolete equipment and outdated radar, slightly nervous. But we are talking about Kim, who has shown he is not the most level-headed leader.
This video showed that our military can swoop in low and fast, capabilities that would give Kim’s military a beating it wouldn’t forget for a long time.
And that’s just an example of what fighter pilots do for fun. Imagine what it would look like if our boys got serious and decided to show an enemy what they were made of.
