Dustin Moffat, a 32-year-old thug accused of raping a young girl, is probably lucky he’s behind bars. Otherwise, what happened to his car might have happened to him.
While a news crew was reporting on the Moffat case from outside his home, the father of the girl he’s accused of raping dramatically attacked Moffat’s sport utility vehicle, destroying it before a live television audience.
Moffat had been arrested Tuesday morning by Lawrenceville, Pa., police on a panoply of over 30 charges, including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, sexual exploitation of children and child pornography.
The victim told police — who had been investigating Moffat because of pictures found on his computer — that Moffat had raped her first in 2011 when she was 13, then again when she was 14.
After the rapes, Moffat began stalking the victim via text and voice calls, as well as physical assault, which included choking, slapping and spitting on her. Her parents confronted the degenerate, but were unaware of the rape.
In addition to subhuman degeneracy, Moffat also wasn’t the brightest of pedophiles. Not content with getting away with his sick crimes as it was, the pervert decided to upload video of the rape to social media site Moco, which is when it came to the attention of police.
After his arrest, media descended on the neighborhood where Moffat lived, leading to the dramatic moment where they caught the victim’s father destroying Moffat’s SUV. (I get the feeling he’s not going to need it for a while, anyhow.)
If his father hadn’t taken to his car, it seems somewhat likely his neighbors might have.
“I’m appalled,” neighbor Micki Golden, who has twin 12-year-old girls, said. “He lives right there. No, I can’t have that.”
As it turns out, this also wasn’t Moffat’s first brush with the law involving women. Two former girlfriends took out orders of protection against Moffat, both telling the same story of physical abuse and stalking via text and phone.
In addition, reports of corruption of minors in 2012 and disorderly conduct later in 2012 had been dismissed against him.
All I have to say is, take a long look at that car, Dustin. The abuse your victim’s father did to it will have nothing on the abuse the people in prison are going to dole out to you.
Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you agree Dustin Moffat should rot in prison until the time comes for him to rot in hell.
