A video appeared on Facebook Saturday which showed four adults in a room smoking a marijuana joint in front of a young toddler, passing it back and forth right in front of him, and even deliberately blowing the smoke directly into his face.
According to East Idaho News, two of the women seen in the video have been arrested and charged with child endangerment.
At one point in the video, as the child appeared to try to avoid a cloud of smoke headed his way, one of the women laughingly said, “No more getting high? He’s all blazing it.”
The video, believed to have been filmed in a home on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation in Idaho, received numerous shares and a lot of angry comments, that is, until it was taken down from social media on Monday.
The identities and mugshots of the arrested women were not immediately released, nor were the identities of the other two adults seen in the video, as authorities were working on obtaining warrants for their arrest as well, according to KXAN.
KPVI reported that Fort Hall police decided not to release any information on the arrestees or other subjects due to the incident being an ongoing investigation.
Hopefully the other two individuals in the room during this incident are quickly arrested, and all involved brought to justice in a public manner.
If these potheads wanted to get high, that’s their personal decision. However, the moment they involved a young toddler in their illicit activity, they crossed a line from being merely criminal to foolishly reckless.
Please share this on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think should happen to the adults in this video?
