The Russian defense ministry released a video of exactly what Russian fighters do when they go after radical Islamic terrorists in Syria: kill them.
The video showed what is purported to be a terrorist training camp in Syria, with people clearly going in and out of the building. The footage showed what appeared to be the main building on the camp with crosshairs targeting it, and then… well, you can watch the rest.
Recent discussion has forced U.S. defense officials to question what kind of tactics should be used to fight terrorists. The primary concern is that innocent lives could be lost in the event that every human target isn’t identified prior to an attack being launched.
Russia does not seem to have such a rule.
With the push to settle unvetted Syrian “refugees” in communities all across America, American policy appears to contradict itself.
While “doing nothing” is the policy when airstrikes cannot guarantee no civilian life lost, it is rarely the case that a given Syrian refugee can be guaranteed to be safe for American citizens.
Recent stories report that the spread of terrorism from Syria, where this strike occurred, to America is paved with fraudulent passports and fake credentials. But without the ability to confirm or deny the presence of terrorists among the refugees, U.S. officials default to the dangerous path of rushing to let them in, possibly leading to loss of American civilian life.
President Barack Obama is clearly more concerned with preventing casualties on the ground in Syria than in America. Hmm.
