Tchalim Koboya Lidawo of Togo, a refugee, had only been in the United States for nine days when he was arrested in Virginia and charged with two counts of attempted rape and one count of abduction with force for an incident that occurred on Dec. 4, 2014.
Nine days after the West African refugee was settled into his new apartment near Leesburg, in northern Virginia, he attempted to abduct and rape a woman who also lived in the complex.
He described the heinous act to police in detail, saying he to watched the woman take her trash out and then attacked her at the dumpster.

He then dragged her into the woods and climbed on top of her as she struggled against him.
“The Victim fell down, and Lidawo climbed on top of her,” the commonwealth attorney’s office stated, according to a WUSA report.
Thankfully the would-be victim fought back and her screams were heard by a passerby who approached the commotion, causing Lidawo to get up and run further into the woods.

According the report, the victim provided police with a description of Lidawo, leading to his arrest charges.
The West African refugee was sentenced to 10 years with an additional five years of suspended time after he plead no contest to the charges. He also must pay a $5,000 fine (H/T WND).
These are the kind of people President Barack Obama is inviting into the country. We give them safety and they threaten ours. This is not right.
