The Islamic State terror group celebrated the attack in Nice, France, on Thursday and claimed it was retaliation for the death of Abu Omar al-Shishani, the group’s “minister of war,” who was killed earlier in the year by coalition forces fighting in Iraq.
One Islamic State supporter posted to his Twitter account, “Oh France, you and the all Europe will never be secure until we will live secure on every inch in the land of the Caliphate,” according to Vocative. The user’s account has since been suspended.
The data mining site also reported that a jihadi posted on an Islamic State forum,”This is the beginning of the attack to take the holy revenge for the killing of Abu Omar Shishani, may Allah accept him.”
Rita Katz, director of SITE Intelligence Group, also posted word that the Islamic State group supporters were posting anti-France images while celebrating the attack.

As these kinds of heinous attacks continue to happen, it is becoming abundantly clear that the militant terror group must be confronted and dealt with. That begins with a leader who will identify who they are, call them out and stand up to their brand of terror.
President Barack Obama has failed to do that and you can bet a President Hillary Clinton would follow in his footsteps. She admitted earlier in the year that the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism,” didn’t fit into her vocabulary because it didn’t bring about the “kind of cooperation” she would be looking for as president. She said using the phrase was nothing more than “playing these semantic games.”
While she’s worried about playing semantic games, innocent people are dying at the hands of these animals — and we can bet they don’t care one iota about word games.
A President Hillary Clinton would do nothing more than what our current commander in chief has done to fight the Islamic State group — next to nothing.
We need a leader who will consider the lives of Americans first before any political agenda, and the GOP presidential candidate has vowed to fight the terror group and even threatened to declare war on them.
That’s a bold move but one that’s looking better with each terror attack.
