A bombshell study was recently released which showed how widespread voter fraud really is, providing evidence of non-citizens voting in elections and potentially swinging the results in tight races.
The study showed that as many as 16% of non-citizens in America were illegally registered to vote, with anywhere from 2-6% of these non-citizens actually casting illegal and fraudulent votes.
While those may sound like small percentages, when combined with other incidents of voter fraud, they can easily translate to well over a 1,00,000 votes nationwide, and in elections that are decided by only a few hundred votes, like Senator Al Franken’s win in Minnesota in 2008, those fraudulent and illegal votes could be the deciding factor.

Judge Andrew Napolitano was recently on Fox News‘ The Real Story, where he discussed this latest news. He pointed out that although it is illegal for non-citizens to vote in all 50 states, only 7 states require voters to show an ID before casting their ballot.
“The Supreme Court has held as a matter of law twice now that for a state to require a photo ID is not discriminatory and not unconstitutional,” Judge Nap said, adding that non-citizen votes could very well swing multiple races in the 2014 midterm elections next week.
“And yet, 43 states don’t do it and have very little checks on [citizenship] … This could be very dangerous and it could affect the outcome. And then, there could be litigation after the outcome.”

Here are the seven states that require voters to present an ID before voting and, therefore, are much less likely to be affected by non-citizen voter fraud:
- Georgia
- Indiana
- Kansas
- Mississippi
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Virginia
Of the 43 states that don’t require voters to prove their identity or citizenship before voting, 28 of them are in play this election cycle. Those states are:
- Alaska
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Iowa
- Idaho
- Illinois
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- Massachusetts
- Maine
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Montana
- North Carolina
- Nebraska
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- Oklahoma
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- West Virginia
- Wyoming
Obviously, not all of those seats up for election are actually deemed “in play,” as many of them are considered “safe” for the incumbents seeking reelection. There are however about 10 seats that are being called “toss up” states, and voter ID is the law in only two of them, Georgia and Kansas.
That means that voter integrity and watchdog groups need to take a careful look at the tight races in “toss up” states, where illegal and fraudulent non-citizen voters could swing the election results towards the Democrats, as non-citizens tend to vote Democrat about 80% of the time.

The states to keep an extra close eye on are:
- Alaska
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Iowa
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- New Hampshire
- North Carolina
Hopefully, there will be enough conservatives who make it to the polls, especially in the close toss up races, to negate and overcome any fraudulent votes cast by non-citizens attempting to swing elections towards the Democrats.
It is imperative that Harry Reid be removed from his position as Senate Majority Leader. If you live in one of those toss up states that doesn’t have a voter ID law, then you must get out there, vote, and encourage as many other like-minded people you know to do the same. It is widely assumed that Democrats use voter fraud to win elections, but we can’t allow that to happen this time.
