Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi demanded that U.S. Ambassador Stephen Beecroft show up in Cairo to explain why officials from President Barack Obama’s administration met with terrorists from the Muslim Brotherhood in January — and why they plan to meet with Muslim Brotherhood associates again sometime soon.
These meetings rightfully angered el-Sissi because it was he and his allies who overthrew Egypt’s former Muslim-Brotherhood terrorist government in 2013.
Furthermore, el-Sissi’s administration recognized the Muslim Brotherhood as being “part of a terrorist network that poses a threat to the Arab and Western world.”

That the Obama administration would meet with el-Sissi’s sworn enemy was telling. While Obama officials have claimed to want “to deal with the whole political spectrum in Egypt,” it would make more sense for officials to just meet with Egypt’s ruler. But Obama has a history of trying to talk to terrorists.
Obama also reportedly resented the way el-Sissi has cracked down on the Brotherhood. While Obama opposes our right to bear arms, he seemingly supports the right of terrorists to meet and cause havoc. Ironic, huh?
While the Muslim Brotherhood was in power in Egypt, its leaders allegedly abused power, thus alienating “secular and liberal Egyptians.” (H/T WZ)

So by standing up against the Muslim Brotherhood, el-Sissi is in fact defending the rights of Egypt’s more liberal — in the classical sense of the term — and open-minded citizens.
You would think that Obama would want to deal with freedom lovers like el-Sissi over freedom haters like the Muslim Brotherhood, but remember — we’re talking about Barack Obama.
Please share this post on Facebook because Americans need to know that President Barack Hussein Obama apparently prefers meeting with terrorists to working with a true leader like Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi.
